Paul has been a member of TBC since 1997. In addition to serving TBC, he has been a member of The Gideons International for over 45 years. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Ph.D. and retired from the Department of Defense as a senior executive. He has one son and his wife Donna went to the Lord in 2017.
