6.0 is really about transitioning from being primarily a Journeyer into being a Journey Guide for others just beginning or a short way down the path.

6.1 Commit to be a part of the growth of others.

Luke 13:6-9 6And He began telling this parable: "A man had a fig tree which had been planted in his vineyard; and he came looking for fruit on it and did not find any. 7 "And he said to the vineyard-keeper, 'Behold, for three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree without finding any. Cut it down! Why does it even use up the ground?' 8 "And he answered and said to him, 'Let it alone, sir, for this year too, until I dig around it and put in fertilizer; 9 and if it bears fruit next year, fine; but if not, cut it down.'"

6.2 Acknowledge the legacy

2 Timothy 2:2 “The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”

Paul (first generation), says to Timothy (second generation), "entrust these to faithful men" (third generation), who will pass it on to others (fourth generation).  It is the understanding that we should endeavor and commit to being "spiritual grandparents and spiritual great-grandparents."
