Talbot Bible Church (TBC) was started in August of 1983 by a small number of believers in Easton Maryland. They did so with the help of Village Missions (a sub-ministry of Stonecroft Ministries). In a matter of years, Talbot Bible Church had become self-supporting and was growing.
At first meetings were held in the basement of a local bank and then moved to a local school before moving to the local Agriculture Center. In 1987 money was raised for a building and property and the current church was built.
We have had three senior pastors over the years: Reverend Dr. Leo Christian (1983 – 1992), Reverend Bill Glass (1992 – 1999), and Reverend Dan Zollinhofer (2001 – present).
We are a non-denominational, Christ-centered church with a high regard for God's Word the Bible (2 Timothy 3:14-17).
At TBC you will find a desire to connect people with the living God through The Mediator, Jesus Christ and to have them grow into fruit-bearing followers (called disciples) of the Lord Jesus.
